Welcome to The Pursuit of Wholeness Podcast! My name is Sally and I am obsessed with all things wellness! The basics like food, nutrition, and fitness, and all the other things that make us feel well, like mind-body medicine such as meditation, breathwork, mindfulness, thought work, and more tangible things finding balance, creating better habits, and figuring out how to do all the things and feel our best as a woman, a mother, a multi-faceted human. And I understand this balancing act because in addition to being a dietitian, and an integrative wellness practitioner I am also a mom of three busy kids, just trying to do my best every day. I am excited you are here as I share my knowledge and experience and we seek and learn together about to feel well, be healthy and live a fulfilling life, In our own pursuit of wholeness!

What is the difference between doing and being during your health journey?
Most of the time, when we are working hard to transform our health, we mostly focus on what we are DOING. How we can change how we eat, how often we exercise, our supplements... etc. And this can be exhausting because it's often not coupled with changing how we are BEING in the relationship we have with our food, our movement and most importantly, our self!
My friend and fellow registered Dietitian, Stephanie Riles, came on my show this week to talk about exactly this! She is such a beautiful woman with such a beautiful and powerful approach to health, weight loss, and fitness!
